Kenya County Connectivity Project (CCP)
Soulco supported ICT connectivity between Kenya’s 47 counties under CCP. The nationwide project established secure networks that link local governments, enabling efficient communication, data sharing, and service delivery for regional development.
Middle East Oil Refinery (MIDOR) – Egypt
Soulco, with American Signals, delivered a mass notification and public address system for MIDOR. Covering 3 million m², it includes RTUs, sirens, and telecom integration, ensuring safety and communication across Egypt’s largest oil refinery operations.
Algeria – Ministry of Interior
Soulco deployed a pilot voice communication solution for the Algerian Ministry of Interior in Biskra. The system integrates central, district, and sub-district networks with redundant CPUs, AP3700 shelves, and IPDA units, ensuring high availability and reliable connectivity.
GYPTO Pharma – Egypt
Soulco implemented the main datacenter for GYPTO Pharma in 2019, supporting ERP operations for production and logistics. The secure, reliable datacenter infrastructure ensures business continuity and enables efficient medicine production across Egypt’s largest pharmaceutical city.
Kenya – Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Soulco implemented ICT infrastructure and a secure network tunnel for Kenya’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, enabling seamless coordination with embassies and government entities. The solution supports efficient communication, service delivery, and international connectivity.
Parliament of Ghana
Soulco delivered a complete ICT infrastructure for Ghana’s Parliament, covering networking, light current systems, physical security, and a triple-play solution. The project ensures resilient communication and security systems that support legislative operations and national governance.
Accounting State Authority (ASA) – Egypt
Soulco designed and implemented the main datacenter in Nasr City for the Accounting State Authority, providing a secure hosting environment for critical applications and supporting the agency’s role in public fund management and financial governance.
ICT Authority of Kenya (ICTA)
Soulco built a scalable, resilient network for Kenya’s ICT Authority, using MP-BGP, MPLS-VPN, fiber optics, wireless radios, and voice/video systems. The solution delivers secure, fast connectivity to ministries, agencies, and departments across the country.
Ain Shams University – Egypt
As part of Ain Shams University’s digital transformation, Soulco implemented the main datacenter and extended fiber optic connectivity to faculties. The infrastructure supports 15 faculties and 3 institutes, enabling secure, efficient academic and administrative operations.
Kenya – Government Datacenter
Soulco supported Kenya’s Government Data Centre, centralizing applications and services for national and county use. The GDC provides cloud hosting, training, connectivity, and secure datacenter solutions that improve efficiency, accessibility, and service delivery.
Al-Azhar University – Egypt
Soulco implemented and later upgraded Al-Azhar University’s main datacenter, ensuring reliability for more than 450,000 students. The infrastructure supports diverse faculties and disciplines, while Soulco continues to operate the datacenter as part of digital transformation.
Abu Qir Petroleum Company – Egypt
Soulco deployed a critical PAGA system for Abu Qir Petroleum’s offshore facilities. The robust, explosion-proof infrastructure integrates with SCADA, radios, and fire systems, providing reliable emergency alerts, evacuation support, and operational continuity in harsh conditions.
Egyptian Refinery Company (ERC) – Egypt
Soulco implemented a fully integrated mass notification system for ERC’s refinery in Mostorod. Linked with fire and gas alarms, it provides real-time alerts, evacuation coverage, and compliance with international safety standards for staff and facilities.
Parliament of Kenya
Soulco modernized Kenya’s Parliament network with structured cabling, fiber backbone, and a HiPath 4000 V6 system. The solution reduced costs, improved staff productivity, and established an efficient, flexible communication infrastructure across parliamentary buildings.
Agriculture, Fisheries & Food Authority (AFFA) – Kenya
Soulco deployed CCTV surveillance systems for AFFA, including indoor and outdoor coverage. The solution enhances security monitoring, protects facilities, and ensures reliable oversight for agricultural and food authority operations in Kenya.
Kwale County Government – Kenya
Soulco implemented a GSM-based fleet tracking system for Kwale County Government, providing real-time monitoring of vehicles. The solution improves operational efficiency, enhances transparency, and supports better resource management across county services.
North Oil Company – Iraq
Soulco provided a secure communication platform for North Oil Company’s pipeline operations. The system enables reliable voice and data exchange, supporting critical oil transport infrastructure and ensuring continuity of operations across Iraq’s energy sector.
Cairo Oil Refinery (CORC) – Egypt
Soulco installed unified communication systems at Cairo Oil Refinery, connecting two sites via NEC Microwave links. Using Siemens Unify and Ericsson PBX, the solution ensures smooth voice and data traffic in collaboration with Petrojet.
